Citrus sudachi<\/em><\/p>\n

Le Sudachi, agrume japonais issu d’un arbre vigoureux et r\u00e9sistant au froid, offrent des fruits de petite taille, rappelant un tout petit yuzu, \u00e0 la saveur acidul\u00e9e et \u00e9l\u00e9gante. Souvent utilis\u00e9 dans la cuisine japonaise, le Sudachi, \u00e9voque un go\u00fbt entre le citron vert et le yuzu avec une touche sucr\u00e9e. Ses petits citrons, d’environ 4 \u00e0 6 cm de diam\u00e8tre, sont verts \u00e0 la r\u00e9colte, tournant ensuite au jaune. Recherch\u00e9 pour son jus parfum\u00e9, notamment dans les plats de poissons et les bouillons asiatiques, le Sudachi, avec sa rusticit\u00e9 int\u00e9ressante (-10 \u00e0 -12\u00b0C), peut \u00eatre cultiv\u00e9 en pleine terre dans diverses r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n
